Note: I’ve done several workshops for Hausland and their culture of hard work and excellence never ceases to amaze me. The owners are strong leaders and yet very humble. In one of my one-day workshops with them, some of the owners participated even in the exercises. I didn’t know until lunch break, when they were introduced to me. It was good that the owners were so ‘game!’

Note: My high school friend opened this new business. It was an emotional ride for her staff as we discussed the personal and the core issues of their team. Some were even crying already in just the beginning of the session. I’m happy to know that these learning workshops are truly life changing.

After the seminar, It was humbling when she thanked me for changing her definition of selling. She said her definition of selling changed into: “Sales is about loving what you do and loving others.”
